Peter Eixenberger Immigrating to United States
2026 marks the 150th anniversary of Peter Eixenberger immigrating to the United States of America from Germany. A 3-day family reunion and celebration of Peter Eixenberger's legacy was held from June 15-17, 2026, near Deadwood-Spearfish, South Dakota to mark this milestone. The reunion provided an opportunity for family members to connect with other descendants, explore the history, and reflect on the benefits of this American Dream for new opportunities, prosperity, and a better life.

July 4th marks the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence.
